By accessing or using BoneForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
To use BoneForge, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years of age to use BoneForge.

BoneForge offers subscription plans billed on a monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are quoted in US dollars.
BoneForge offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase for a full refund. This guarantee applies to the first billing cycle only. Subsequent months are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun, though you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges.
Your content: You retain full ownership of all content you create using BoneForge, including scripts, image prompts, and animation directives. You may use, publish, and monetize your generated content without restriction.
Our platform: BoneForge, including its design, code, AI models, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of BoneForge and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform itself.
Feedback: If you provide suggestions or feedback about BoneForge, we may use that feedback to improve the service without obligation to you.
BoneForge uses artificial intelligence to generate content. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected results. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing. BoneForge does not guarantee that AI-generated content will be free from errors or suitable for any particular purpose.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to BoneForge. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoneForge and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of BoneForge shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BoneForge, its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that may harm other users or the platform. Upon termination, your right to use BoneForge ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of BoneForge after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
